Tutor Development - from Kelvin TOP-SET®

Kelvin TOP-SET® can undertake the development of tutors who can then be licensed to conduct Kelvin TOP-SET® courses in their own organisations.

Potential tutors attend a 1-day tutor development course which takes place in addition to a 3-day Senior Investigator course (which the potential tutor attends). A one-off fee and an annual licence fee are payable. The tutor is then qualified to teach the 1-Day Investigator course and a part-day Quick Investigation course to as many employees within their company as required.

Tutor development ensures that incident investigation courses can become part of the company's internal teaching requirements, and provides greater flexibility than having employees travel to courses outwith the company.

Kelvin TOP-SET®'s directors reserve the right to attend any course taught by a licensed tutor for quality control purposes.
