Long-term Support

Support

Kelvin TOP-SET provides long-term support after being involved in an investigation for a client. Long-term support is available so that you are assured of immediate assistance no matter when an incident should occur, or if you require support with an ongoing investigation.

In addition, while TOP-SET has been developed as and is used as an incident investigation, it has a much wider application. It can be viewed as a diagnostic thinking system that is useful for analysing failure in any context. Please contact us if you are looking for support with problems that have occurred in any context, from company expansion or large-scale industrial projects.
