TOP-SET Governors' Investigators 3 software is intuitive and very easy to use. It is designed to replicate the paper-based TOP-SET incident investigation system taught on the 1-day and 3-day courses, so that none of the effectiveness of this system in stimulating creative thinking is lost.
The software allows users to conduct all stages of an investigation in the same way that is taught on TOP-SET courses, from filing an initial incident report to planning the investigation and developing a storyboard, identifying immediate causes, drawing a root cause diagram, and making recommendations. Findings are integrated at all stages, and as users work, the software automatically compiles a final report, saving the user time.
The software:
