The Planning chart is used to generate ideas as to what may have contributed to an incident, and to help organised the activities of the investigation team.
It makes sure that the team focuses on as many different areas of investigation as possible, to uncover as many contributing factors as possible. Investigators can ask questions and pose theories based on the prompts the chart provides, and then investigate whether or not these questions can provide factual evidence for the investigation, which can be added to the Storyboard chart.
They are supplied in packs of ten, in A0 size.
