Investigation Card
The Investigation Card is useful tool which reminds investigators of the key stages of the TOP-SET investigation methodology.
The card contains the Planning card which helps to organise the planning of the investigation, and direct the investigation team's activities. It also provides prompts to the investigator to make sure all stages of the investigation are covered, including Storyboarding, finding the immediate causes, and preparing a root cause analysis.
The card is laminated for durability and waterproof, and is about the right size to fit into a shirt pocket or file.
